JOY-Magazine: Best-Fashion-Blog Contest

The german Magazine "JOY" is looking for the best fashion blog 2013 and "There is a new cat in town" is nominated :). I very happy about that, because my blog is still quite young. From now you can vote ,until the 18.03.2013, for your favourite blog "clicking here". You then have to select your favourite blog, after that you enter your name and email-adress and click on the blue button. And: All who vote can also win something!

Camouflage jacket & Fashion Net Düsseldorf

A bit late here are the pictures of the Fashion Net Education Center in Dusseldorf. The FNE took place for the third time, and offered a variety of impressions and inspirations, whether in the form of workshops (With 4711 you could create your own fragrance, and learn a lot about perfumes), lectures and discussions, there was something for everyone. I fell in love witch the crocheted accessories by RITA IN PALMA. But my Highligt was the conversation between Patrica Field and Palina Rojinski. Patrica for me is an incredible woman and pure inspiration, she has an incredible talent. The outfits she has created for various films or SATC are simply timeless beautiful. She also has a wonderful personality, for example she said, that for her there is no no-go, as long as one is feeling well and afterwards she took time for each who wanted a photo or had questions, without be stressed or annoyed.
For my outfit I chose a camouflage jacket, black jeans, very highheels and a bloodred lipstick. Now and then I like it a bit grungy;)

Etwas verspätet sind hier die Bilder von dem Fashion Net Education Center in Düsseldorf. Die FNE fand zum dritten Mal statt und bot eine Vielzahl an Eindrücken und Inspirationen, ob in Form von Workshops (Man konnte mit 4711 seinen eigenen Duft kreieren und eine Menge über Parfüms lernen), Vorträgen bis zu Diskussionen, für jeden war etwas dabei. Ich habe mich in die gehäkelten Accessoires von RITA IN PALMA verliebt. :) Mein Highligt war aber das Gespräch zwischen Patrica Field und Palina Rojinski. Patrica ist für mich eine unglaubliche Frau und pure Inspiration, sie besitzt ein unglaubliches Talent. Die Outfits, die sie für diverse Filme oder SATC kreiert hat, sind einfach zeitlos schön. Zudem hat sie eine wunderschöne Persönlichkeit, so sagte sie z.B, dass es für sie kein No-Go gibt, solange man sich darin wohlfühlt und nach dem Gespräch nahm sie sich noch für jeden Zeit, der ein Foto wollte oder Fragen hatte, ohne dabei gestresst oder genervt zu sein. 

Bei meinem Outfit entschied ich mich für eine Camouflage-Jacke, schwarzen Jeans, sehr high heels und blutroten Lippenstift. Ab und zu mag ich es etwas düster ;)

Feeling Blue

And here's another of my favorite colors this winter: Electric Blue. Worn in the form of an oversized sweater. Maybe it's the fascination for Yves Klein and his paintings, why I like this color so much. The color is therefore always in the foreground and the rest of the outfit is kept in a simple black. For a dinner with my sweetheart I wore the sweater with leather pants, a coat and MMM for H&M booties. I hope you like the color as much as I do! :)

Und hier eine weiter meiner Lieblingsfarben diesen Winter: Electric Blue. Getragen in Form eines Oversize Pullovers. Vielleicht ist es die Faszination für Yves Klein, weshalb mich diese Farbe so begeistert. Sie steht bei mir deshalb immer im Vordergrund und das restliche Outfit wird eher schlicht in schwarz gehalten. Für ein Abendessen mit meinem Schatz trug ich den Pullover mit einer Lederhose, einem schlichten Mantel und MMM for H&M Booties. Ich hoffe ihr mögt die Farbe genauso wie ich! :)

In burgundy I trust

Yes, Burgundy is definitely one of my favorite colors this winter. So it was not really surprising that on seeing this hat, my heart beat faster -or it was the price of € 1 during H&M Sale :D. When I have time in the morning, I like to put my outfit together, after looking out of the window. Like this day, the sky was dark and murky. So also my outfit was a bit gloomy, I match the sweater with a cream-colored blouse, black jeans and jacket, and of course the hat. :) I think it gives the outfit a special touch. I hope you like it, too.

Ja, Burgund ist definitiv eine meiner Lieblingsfarben diesen Winter. Deshalb war es nicht wirklich verwunderlich, dass mein Herz beim Anblick dieses Hutes höher schlug -oder es war der Preis von 1€ im H&M Sale :D. Wenn ich morgens etwas mehr Zeit habe, mag ich es, nach dem Blick aus dem Fenster, mein Outfit zusammenzustellen. So war es auch an diesem Tag, der Himmel war dunkel und ungemütlich. Also wurde auch mein Outfit etwas düster, zu dem Pullover kombinierte ich eine cremefarbene Bluse, schwarze Jeans und Mantel, und natürlich den Hut. :) Ich finde er gibt dem Outfit eine besondere Note. Ich hoffe es gefällt euch genauso wie mir.

Leather collar coat

I got this Mango leather collar coat during the sales and it became my daily favorite. It has been crafted from a soft wool blend and keeps really warm. I wore it  with a red sweater, i buy also during the sale, and blue jeans. What do you say about it?

Ich habe diesen Mango Mantel während des Sales gekauft, und er entwickelte sich zu meinem tägliche Favorit. Er ist aus einem weichen Wollgemisch und hält richtig warm. Ich trug ihn mit einem roten Pullover, den ich auch im Sale ergattert habe, und dazu blaue Jeans. Was sagt ihr dazu? 

Snowy Day

This is an outfit that I chose on a snowy day: A cozy Faux-Sheepskincoat, a wool sweater and warm fur boots. When the snow is one foot deep, these boots are essential, because they keep your feet nice warm. I found them last winter in a second-hand store and fell in love instantly. :)
I like to wear coats in the winter, they are a nice change from the beloved down parka. What do you like to wear in the winter?

Dies ist ein Outfit, das ich an einem verschneiten Tag gewählt habe: Ein kuscheliger Kunstlammfellmantel, ein Wollpullover und warme Fellboots. Wenn der Schnee bis zu den Knöcheln reicht, sind solche Boots unabdingbar, da sie die Füße schön warm halten. Ich habe sie letzten Winter in einem Second-Hand Laden gefunden und mich sofort verliebt. :) 

Ich mag es Mäntel im Winter zu tragen, sie sind eine schöne Abwechslung zu dem geliebten Daunen-Parka. Was tragt ihr gerne im Winter?
